The worst customer service I’ve ever had for an overly priced product. They had to come out multiple times and kept losing or forgetting pieces, including losing the template and having to start over, and each time they would put me at the back of the line for another appointment. A shoutout to Lynne and the team at The Shade Store. Their attention to detail, helping us think through what will best meet our needs and the amazing installation team provided for an outstanding experience!! Can't wait to finish the rest of the home...Highly recommend!

Simona was amazingly helpful, explaining the different options and what would work best for our rooms. We are so happy.
I love working with Lynne Swanberg at The Shade Store. She has helped me with 2 large home projects over the past several years - motorized shades, beautiful wool drapes, sheer drapes and roman shades. She is easy to work with and we've collaborated on designing beautiful window coverings, including re-working one of my prior Shade Store drapes to fit a new window. I highly recommend Lynne and The Shade Store - Manhattan Beach.
