It was a great experience working with Simona at The Shade Store in Manhattan Beach. Although my project was very small, Simona was always there with her expert assistance throughout the process. She is extremely knowledgeable about their products, had great suggestions, and was very pleasant to work with. In addition, an A+ for the incredible selection of materials at The Shade Store and for their expert installation. Definitely a 5-star experience.
I had a wonderful experience with the Shade Store, beginning with Lynne's limitless patience and help in the Manhattan Beach location and continuing with Michael, who installed my shades.
Love the new shades! We worked with Simona and she was incredibly helpful in walking us through our options and helping us pick out the final design based. Installation was smooth and they look amazing. Will continue to use Shade Store for all future shades.
Great experience, as always. I know it's on the highest price tag, but it is sooooo worth it. I did the design with Simona at Manhattan Beach store and she was absolutely Amazing, suggesting the best fabrics for our interior.And of course INSTALLATION!!! No issues, fast and easy. Highly recommend!!!
Staff was incredibly rude. Remember the scene in Pretty Woman where the sales lady shames Julia Roberts? That's basically what they did to me and my family, for no reason whatsoever. Shop elsewhere!
