Patricia Reyes at the Pasadena Store is expert at specifying the Shade Store product line. Their product line is complex, and the range of options is extensive. Unless you are an interior decorator you will probably need someone to step you through this. I recommend Patricia without reservation. At the moment there is a huge discount for victims of the Eaton Fire. Patricia can step you though that too.

I rarely post reviews, but after stewing on this for nearly a year, I felt the need to share my experience with others. I purchased two white roller shades to be installed in my kitchen windows in September 2024 with Patricia Reyes. Without asking or informing me, the ShadeStore employee who came to do the measurements, provided measurements to Patricia and the ShadeStore factory for roller shades to be mounted on top of my window frame, not within my window frame.
