I rarely post reviews, but after stewing on this for nearly a year, I felt the need to share my experience with others. I purchased two white roller shades to be installed in my kitchen windows in September 2024 with Patricia Reyes. Without asking or informing me, the ShadeStore employee who came to do the measurements, provided measurements to Patricia and the ShadeStore factory for roller shades to be mounted on top of my window frame, not within my window frame. I had been looking for quite some time for the perfect drapes to fit my aesthetic. After months of looking I happened to stumble on the Shade Store. That’s where I worked closely with Robbi to find the right material, rails, etc. She was patient with me and talked me through all my options. Seamless experience as usual. This was our 4th time using The Shade Store and 1st time using the Pasadena location. Yes, there are cheaper options for window treatments out there, but nothing compares to their professionalism and expertise.
