Patricia at the Pasadena Shade Store was easy to work with and she helped get the best product for my needs and the best value. Any little snags along the way were resolved perfectly and immediately. I would definitely use them again and confidently give them as a referral.

Loved Patricia Reyes. My husband said the team to put in the Shades in our new doors was great. One small thing, it took a long time to complete getting the team to our house to put in Shades.
Melissa and team were fantastic. The design process gave me confidence that the designs and fabrics for our four solar shades were the right solutions for our situation. After the initial installation, which was seamless, I had to arrange a follow-up service appointment to resolve a roller alignment issue with one of the shades.
