Melissa and team were fantastic. The design process gave me confidence that the designs and fabrics for our four solar shades were the right solutions for our situation. After the initial installation, which was seamless, I had to arrange a follow-up service appointment to resolve a roller alignment issue with one of the shades. Ordered roller shades for our house and once I decided on what type and fabric everything was easy peasy. Melissa was so helpful and patient throughout showing me examples and talking things through. Very happy with install as well - Robert (?) was a pro and very quick. Shades shipped earlier than expected (nice) and easily rescheduled installation when our travel plans shifted. More affordable if you catch a sale (25% off).
This has to do with Shade Store's Service. Newly installed shades (4 months ago). Shades needed to adjusted, but scaffolding was required. I verified with both the service department and Robbi at the store that scaffolding was coming. It did not. This is not the first time this has happened. A few years ago, it took me four months to get my shades fixed because they kept forgetting to bring the scaffolding.
This is the second time I've ordered roller shades from The Shade Store in Pasadena for my home, and both times I've been very happy. First of all - the store itself is beautiful and gives the customer a good idea of what all the shades will look like in different light. Second, the products themselves are very high quality.
