This is my favorite Shade Store showroom - everyone here is always super friendly and helpful. I've worked with them on multiple projects, including complicated homes across the country, and they always take the time to work through what I am looking for. They have a great knowledge of all the shades and curtains options. Highly recommend!

Elana and her colleagues at The Shade Store in Palo Alto were very professional, knowledgeable and patient as they helped me through a major decision as to the best shades for an extensive apartment remodel.
Not great. The people in the store are nice and friendly. The actual product and service are not so good. The quality isn't commensurate with the price. Also my order had a mistake and they had to replace (wrong size). The replacement also had a mistake (wrong size). Now the materials are backordered another 6 weeks and they want to re-measure again (3rd time measuring it now).
I’m a repeat customer. They have been very professional and friendly at every stage (sales, measurement, delivery and installation). I appreciated their attention to details and going beyond what was expected. Special shout out to Elana (sales) and Israel (installation). A lot of businesses talk about “customer first” they really follow through. Will definitely go back to shade store
