Installation was fast, installer personable and efficient for 4 shades today. Shades look great.
just the worst experience. over a year and still waiting for them to fix shades. a technician came out to view this one and said it's good, so I'm back in the terrible swirl of waiting for weeks for another person to visit, who will say it's broken, who will then order a shade, which will take weeks to be ready, at which point i'll have to book an appointment 3 weeks out to install, aat which point it will be hella wrinkled, so i'll need an appointment, 3 weeks out, for a steam which wont do anything

I can't find my previous review. They measured my shades wrong twice. Two weeks ago they came to install the second set of shades and since then they have disappeared. Nobody has an answer for me. I have no shades in my bedrooms and I already paid for them.
