The process was flawless. My fabulous, knowledgeable, helpful, informative, friendly, professional sales woman, Elana (in the Palo Alto-University Ave store) was THE ABSOLUTE BEST and so easy to work with. She kept me well informed, addressed my questions before I even had them. Her recommendations for color and degree of opacity was spot on. I’m so thrilled with the final product. Measuring and installing also went extremely smooth.
