DO NOT BUY HERE. The blinds sat in our garage for weeks that they had shipped here. It’s on the consumer to store shipments with these folks. They finally show up to install weeks later and the blinds do not fit. They also needed two people to hang long drapes but apparently they are “cutting back” and two men jobs require an appointment another few weeks out. So we still have blinds in the garage. Terrible customer service. For a place that charges thousands of dollars, you would expect their product not to rip out of the ceiling due to its weight. I called the Knox store just for the employee to find humor in my frustration after finding out they would take 48 business hours even to get back to me. After that, I called the national customer service and have not heard back from anyone. If you like wasting thousands of dollars and your time, this is a PERFECT company for you to do business with.

I made an appointment with Chelsey to make sure we had enough time to choose all the shades we needed for our home. She was prepared, helpful, and even came to our home to assure that the decisions we made would work well. Everything is installed and is beautiful.
