I made an appointment with Chelsey to make sure we had enough time to choose all the shades we needed for our home. She was prepared, helpful, and even came to our home to assure that the decisions we made would work well. Everything is installed and is beautiful. The shades in each room are different, and perfectly accentuate the room's personality. Thank you, Chelsey!
Worse customer service, stay away!! I had blinds installed in early May 2024. When they came to install several blinds and valances were missing for some reason. They came back out a couple of weeks later to install the missing blinds and valances but there was still one blind and two valances missing. The installer told me that one of the blinds and one of the valances were never ordered with the original order for some reason so I had to call my sales rep. We were the only people in the store and Dan couldnt care less about helping us out. Acting like we were inconveniencing him. Maybe it was our skin color or we didnt look the part? Regardless his people skills were atrocious, shop elsewhere! Need to learn how to work in sales buddy!
