Good shade , horrible software/app to control the shades. Ive used it for 5 years now and it never worked, the company doesn't give a S about it and things only get worse. My 30 shades at home has to be opened and closed daily manually. Find another place.
I used Shade Store for multiple window treatments in my home, and I've been very happy with all the installations.
The shade company is a very professional company. The installation crew were on time and very knowledgeable. The customer service team was very thorough with their estimate and scheduling. Wonderful experience overall. Will definitely be using them in the future.
