I had two VERY different experiences with The Shade Store. Truthfully, my first experience was excellent. Great product and customer service. My second experience was AWFUL. Missing components, no cancellation communication, and a lot of my time wasted for a four hour window. No one showed up to install and I was not informed. The email exchange after was confusing and since it didn’t reference specific dates, led me to believe that the second appointment was canceled. More confusion ensued. We worked with Gina from the Denver store on roller shades for 4 large windows in our house. I started the process looking at samples in the Aspen Grove store with Robert who was super helpful in looking at colors to match my wall paint samples. Gina guided me through the ordering process and made great suggestions along the way (and also saved me from making some poor choices!).
