We love The Shade Store and have purchased all of our home blinds and drapes from them. Recently Gina helped us with a new black out drape and cornice for our Primary suite. Gina is extremely knowledgable, professional and friendly. Great experience! Thanks Gina.
Dealing with Anna from the shade store was a pleasure from start to finish. She made excellent recommendations and helped us find the perfect window coverings that matched our needs, are beautiful, and kept us in the budget we allocated. Our installers were professional as well and we are very happy with our end result. While not the cheapest option, dealing with the shade store was definitely the right choice!
Gina did a terrific job for us. We love our shades and she was a pleasure to work with. Her design and follow up skills are great. We appreciate the fact that Shade Store offers a product warranty and service.
Absolutely the most frustrating and disappointing experience, I would not recommend The Shade Store. In November I ordered over $9K in shades. Gina was great to work with and very helpful. When the shades delivered Andrew installed. He had trouble with the bedroom shades and the end result was very disappointing. Puckering and holes in the blackout shade; it looks like a constellation. Working with Gina Carpenter at the Cherry Creek Store in Denver was a complete pleasure. She guided us towards the best options for our high rise condominium floor to ceiling windows. Gina was accommodating with remeasuring to ease concerns. Our installer was Andrew Bachanov with Sam helping for a professional, perfect installation. The blinds are beautiful. We would recommend working with Gina, Andrew, and Sam anytime.
