I purchased a number of blinds from the shade shop over the Yrs. Everyone at the company is so professional and polite. I have one blind that the cord to open and close them broke. Now this blind is over 20yrs. old. I called and spoke with Len and he said no problem. He came the next day and fixed the problem. Now it doesn't get any better than that. This company has a wide variety of blinds and shades if you're in the market. I highly recommend this company. Also, the prices are very reasonable.
