Such a happy experience. We lost a part from a Hunter Douglas shade I had. I went to The Shade Shop in Miller Place and the owners went out of their way to find a part that worked perfectly on my shade and refused to charge me. My sister has used this shop since she built her house and has always raved about the superb job they do.

I am living in the family home that my Grandparents built in 1946. The house has been through renovations to update the house while still keeping some of its original charm. Very good service at this Shade Shop store. We needed a few parts for a vertical shade in our living room. Without hesitation, they were able to secure the parts we needed. They fit perfectly when we got home. Very nice people in the store. The next time we need to update our home, they will be the first place we shop.
