I had a shade replaced under warranty. It was nothing but a problem . The shade factory very unorganized.From telling me it’s ready to pick up and not being assembled . I had to go back and forth to the store 3 times . They misplaced my bill and remote to the shade … That is no way to treat a customer. I highly wouldn’t recommend NOT using them . 👎👎👎
