It was a pleasure getting my blinds though The Shade Factory. From the time I walked into the store for the first time, through the measurement and then the installation, I was treated with kindness and courtesy and everything went smoothly. I had wanted a combination of light filtering and room darkening for the master bedroom. The salesperson, Natalie, suggested the perfect solution - day and night cellular shades. Great service. Installers were timely, experienced and professional. My service was warranty related - Hunter Douglas replaced a defective blind. One complaint. I had to pay 125.00 for reinstallation. I felt that the manufacturer or the vendor should have eaten that cost. Other than that, I had a seamless transaction that was handled expeditiously. Good experience over all.
