We had a very negative experience with this company . Key rental items that were part of the contract were not provided, and the bride’s request for a partial refund was handled poorly — the bride was spoken to in a way that was both hurtful and unprofessional. We hope management takes this feedback seriously.

I was a bridesmaid at a wedding where this company provided the table rentals, and unfortunately I witnessed firsthand how the unprofessionally this business owner handled things. The bride did not receive the tables she had originally booked. The replacements were in noticeably worse condition than what had been represented, and while I understand unexpected situations can happen, that doesn't change the fact that she did not receive what she paid for. What a great idea! Planning a Utah wedding from NC wasn't hard at all thanks to Shabby Chic Sisters! Being able to rent vases to hold candles instead of having to buy them and transport them across the country was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for all of your assistance and for being so easy to work with! I'm super happy I don't have to worry about selling 100 vases now that the wedding is over!
