I would not rent from this business. Communication was poor from the beginning. Messages often went unanswered or I was told I’d receive a response later, only to have it pushed off again. A week before my wedding, Jackie called to tell me the trailer containing my rented tables had been stolen. We had a very negative experience with this company . Key rental items that were part of the contract were not provided, and the bride’s request for a partial refund was handled poorly — the bride was spoken to in a way that was both hurtful and unprofessional. We hope management takes this feedback seriously.

The wrong tables were provided, and instead of trying to fix the issue, the bride was yelled at when asking for a partial refund. Very unprofessional.
