Wonderful !!!!! Fran fixed my mother of the groom dress that was completely destroyed by another alteration company. In less than a week she made my dress look beautiful again. I called her and explained the situation and she went out of her to help me without hesitation. She fixed my dress in time for my sons wedding and did a fantastic job. I can never thank her enough for the great job she did.
(2) very expensive wool dress pants were hemmed far shorter than clearly specified and she blamed it on "shrinkage" from washing or environmental conditions. Offered to let them out, but now I don't trust her so I had to pay someone else to salvage them. Not recommended.
