I purchased a large and a small sewer camera from this store and the camera heads break every time it is used. This company has flawed technology. My equipment is broken more than is functional. I have a broken large camera that I was quoted $275.00 to repair and I was thinking, Man! These cameras break to often! What is the best way to contact this company? Phone number sends me straight to voicemail I am trying to connect my camera to the phone to record
Went with this company because from my understanding was that the heads are interchangeable. So i spent $3700. The head with that line is too big to fit in the washer drains, so then I purchased the mini head ($1200). To my surprise they are not interchangeable. I would have to rewire everything. So the only reason I went with this company in the first place was not worth it. And they will not take the return. So now I am out of $1,200. I would not recommend using this company. Recommend going else where.
