Great location, friendly community and facilities team, well maintained
I never froze in this apartment. Even during the polar vortex of 2019. Staff is very friendly, I love the management here. My neighbors were all so very kind. I paid $1100 a month for a 800 Sq ft 1 bedroom apt. Some apartments have a Lakeview and the floors are sturdy, no squeaks and you can't hear your upstairs neighbors. Also, the outdoor area is so pretty. 💕 The laundry room uses cards instead of quarters. And the apartment building is within walking distance to the Morse redline or even the Loyola redline.
