Overpriced horrible hotel. Rooms is old, stuff is rude. Very disappointing experience. I have visited this property many times over the years, spending significant money at the restaurants, buffet, and other amenities—often well over $200 per visit. However, during my most recent visit, I briefly sat outside for a few minutes when security approached me and immediately began questioning me about whether I had purchased anything and whether I was allowed to be on the property. Our time at The Setai Miami Beach was exceptional. We were pampered from the time we arrived until the moment we left. Our concierge Cesar set us with reservations, had the car service deliver us to dinner all in minutes! Carleo shared wonderful conversation and service every time we walked through.
