⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at The Setai We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Setai, Miami Beach. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The entire staff, especially the front desk team, was incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive, and always ready to help. The room and view were beautiful, the pools and beach were amazing, and we also really enjoyed the restaurants and the quality of the food and service. This is not a review for the Setai Miami, but for super.com. I made a reservation 40 days in advance and pre-paid with super.com for hotel stay. Upon arrival checking-in at the hotel they did not have a reservation for me. I received a note from the manager for proof to super.com which they would not accept and would not provide a full refund. I was forced to book a different hotel short notice, costing me even more money. Super.com is a rip-off company and should not be operating. DO NOT USE super.com !!!
Reception and rooms need an overhaul. Outdated. Service and food was wünderbar but needs work otherwise
