Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. I was supposed to have a procedure and a week before I had heard nothing about pre Op instructions or confirmation anything. After several calls and texts on the app, I had to find her personal FB to get a response. The day of my procedure she cancels and offered a refund or reschedule.
