I have used The Service People on a handful of occasions and they never dissapoint. They have been timely, thorough and clean. They have resolved my issues at a fair price and I truely appreciate them. I would 10/10 recommend

Matt and his crew are great! Not only do they do a professional plumbing job, they do it the customer's preferences, communicate well with the customer, clean up afterwards and ensure the customer is happy with the results. Thanks!

This company sent a technician out via my home warranty service and fixed a leak under my kitchen sink December 11, 20218. He was able to fix the dripping under the sink, but told my my faucet, which was also leaking, needed replaced. He said he would seek authorization to replace the faucet. A week later and three phone calls to the service people, I had to call my home warranty to see what was going on. They stated they had not received any paperwork yet from the technician yet. I can't even review the quality of their work. They do not answer their phones or return calls. When they do answer, their receptionist is rude. Unfortunately, they are contracted through our home warranty company and we have no choice but to deal with this. Update: technician finally came out and told me that they are not qualified to work on our system. I asked the above mentioned receptionist several times if they were qualified to work on our system. GREAT! Matt R***** with the Plumbing People has recently completed putting in a new sewer line on our property. Apparently the pipe had deteriorated over the years and needed to be replaced. Called Matt the same day this happened and was at our home with an assistant who videotaped the sewer line. He explained what happened and what was needed for repairs. He and his team did a great job, especially in the middle of winter. Always on time and answered all our questions and returned calls.When something like this happens you ... read more

If I had only read the complaint the previous reviewer noted prior to me as it is the same complaint. It has been since November 2016 that I have had hot water tank issues. The service people were supposed to contact my warranty company and notify them that I needed a hot water tank replacement. The technician advised me that it may take a little while because I needed a smaller version than normal, so I didn't wonder about the timing. 5 months later.
