I took my puppy to this place in February of 2025 and they didn’t do anything they promised. My GSD is now worse than when I brought her to these people. They promised me A B and C, they didn’t ask for vaccination records no contract just words. I reached out to the multiple times and they did nothing to resolve my issues. They ultimately stopped replying and never followed up with me. From the time I picked up my puppy they chose to do 2 or 3 virtual visits, which barely taught me or my GSD anything. Extremely grateful for the relationship and support in training our three dogs from the entire team. We did the board and train for all three pups and evaluations on who would be the best fit to move on to service dog certification. The entire team was responsive and supportive from day 1. Keisha and the team are so great! They did a wonderful job training my puppy, and are so friendly and in constant communication. They actually care about you, your dog’s success, and your relationship with them. Highly recommend!
