I have experienced a group yoga session and a private sound bath at Serenity Space. Both experiences have been wonderful and I will continue to do group classes and private sessions.
This is where I find my serenity. Whether it's for yoga or sound bath meditation, it's always a wonderful experience each time I enter their beautiful studio. Each instructor is warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable in their practice. They offer a class for every level and need (gentle yoga, slow flow, yin yoga, vinyasa). Serenity Space is a hidden gem in our neighborhood!
Very different sound bath experience from what I am used to. 10+% of it was an audio recording about how everything in life is “meaningless vapor” which managed to reference both God and Carl Sagan in the same tract. I found it to be an impressive feat of combining both science and religion, but a strange incorporation partway through a sound bath. Today I had a relaxation massage with Kemiyah. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her. She will help release your fascia and relax your mind and muscles. This was definitely therapeutic. Thank you again!
The Serenity Space is my sanctuary. My safe space. Time for me to forget everything else and just focus on myself and trust those around me to provide a comforting, relaxing, environment. From the yoga practice itself to the meditation and sound baths that truly bring peace and comfort. I have taken yoga classes here and there over the years but The Serenity Space feels different.
