Very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I do construction for a living and didn't realize how many knots I had until Anaika fixed that problem! Will be going back routinely!
I don't really consider myself a real massage person. I'm a little about "don't touch me". Well, I'm over it. Anaika is amazing. She made me feel comfortable and it was a GREAT experience. I would have liked to just stay on the table and fall asleep after!!! I will be back!!!
I recently got a massage from Anaika and it was amazing!! I am a competitive weight lifter, so massages are part of a monthly routine for me and she provided one of the best massages I have ever gotten! She really hit areas of my body that have never actually been massaged before and allowed me to truly relax. Plus The Serene Spot just have such a great atmosphere!
I've always heard good things about the Serene Spot, but I've never gone myself. My wife purchased a Gift Certificate for me for Fathers Day and I had my appt on today. Omgosh, the massage that I received there was right on point. I've had a number of massages in the past, but Anaika Ocasio REALLY knows what she's doing. I'm going to try and book her once a month for my wife and I. Great Job!!!!

A must for non-athlete and Athlete alike, As a person that is very active at cycling and Crossfit, my muscle need to be relaxed and stretched; so that I can perform better during my training. Anika does a great job with the deep tissue massage and stretches, she is very knowledgeable. Second time that I have been there and making the serene spot part of my training regimen... I highly recommended, very professional and relaxing.
