I have been living at the Wells Apts now going on 8 years this June and I have to say I love my 2 bedroom room Apt which is nice and spacious The people here are friendly and the staff is really nice to and if anything is going on with my apt the maintenance guy Kevin is friendly and nice and is right there to help me! I love the area it is close to a lot of things so if my car has a problems there is a bus stop close by and the Floral Ave Market is nice and so convenient to have right across the street. I have looked at apartments for this company and they were nice apartments and accept the prices were a bit pricey but you got to make what you got to make I guess. Appreciate their hospitality and they were nice when I was looking a few years ago so thank you five stars to you guys.
