We have been to the open play and used the parent “drop and go”. It’s been a great experience both times. Reserving a spot online was quick and easy. All guests have be buzzed in to enter and sign in at the front desk, which made me feel very comfortable leaving my son. He was in very good hands during the “drop and go.” It wasn’t just 3 hours of free play, which is what I expected. They did enrichment activities—coloring and a thanksgiving craft. A village for children and families with special needs
I attended an event here during the Summer, and my son had an awesome time. This place has a huge trampoline and a zipline that supports older children. Everyone was very nice to both of us. Even though it was very busy, the staff was always respectful and checked to see how I was doing. Also, the bathrooms were very clean and the layout was really nice. Their Under The Sea Sensory Fair was outstanding. Our second time here and very satisfied. The kids come home filled to the brim with happiness.
