I genuinely don't understand how this business has so many recommendations because my experience was the complete opposite of what I expected. After calling multiple times with no answer, I had to send an email just to get someone to return my call. I was trying to schedule appointments for three people and was immediately told I had to pay nearly $100 per person upfront. Very disappointing experience before I could even become a customer. I had difficulty reaching anyone by phone and only received a response after sending an email. When I finally spoke with the owner about booking an appointment, the policies kept changing depending on my questions. I was told I needed to pay upfront, then given a different explanation when I asked about booking individually instead of as a group.
