Following a stroke, my dad needed 24 hour care. During a time of great stress, The Senior Company provided consistent and compassionate care to my dad and peace of mind to me. The administrators (Calvin and Amy) are incredibly responsive, empathetic, thoughtful and professional. Looking for a live-in aide for a loved one can be very stressful, but Irish Robles was amazing to deal with! She was such a calming presence and was available at all times, day or night, to answer any questions and alleviate any fears I might have had. Between Irish and Amy, I truly felt that I wasn't alone in this. They went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I had an opportunity to speak with Irish, a clinical coordinator at the Senior Company. I needed specific hours for extra care for my loved one at a nursing home. It took a while, but we finally have an outstanding aide, Iffy! My loved one has grown to recognize her and smiles when he sees her. I am blessed that she calls me for him as he can not use the phone. Iffy even checks the refrigerator for the homemade goodies that I prepare. Irish first met my mother at Brookdale because she volunteered to drive her to a doctor’s appointment when Brookdale didn’t have anyone available. When my mother’s condition deteriorated and we couldn’t be with her, Brookdale recommended the Senior Company and I was introduced to Irish.
