Took them 2 months to look at my paperwork after uploading all my documents to them. Even just asking questions took weeks for a response. Steve did help me out after hours once which was appreciated, but support after that practically vanished. I paid them for filing my personal and business tax, however I had noticed that CRA was reporting that my 2024 personal tax had not been filed.
