We were so blessed to find Josh Franklin to be our realtor. As first time home buyers, we needed his expertise to have our backs as buyers and he had every challenge figured out. One thing we loved is that he had all the experience and knowledge to shoot it straight and keep us in the loop at every turn. Not to mention all the late evening and weekends he spent showing us homes on our schedule. We’ll be using him when we sell and for anything else in the future. Recommend 100%!
