The therapists at this practice are personable, REAL, and provide a safe space to address my life stressors while holding accountable for being my own agent of change. 100% recommend. And lovvveeee the book club!

So I am not an incense girlie…but when I saw them in The Self Inside store…I had to try it out. The order fulfillment was quick and I loved the personalized note from Latania. They smell amazing and turned out to be exactly what I needed. So grateful for The Self Inside!

I received two reiki sessions over the span of a few months. Both have given me perspective on the things I want to change and the root of these things. I love that I felt safe and cared for during my sessions. I would definitely do more sessions in the future.
