Jamal was fantastic! I have a lot of stress build up in my upper back / shoulders and he really took time to focus on alleviating those knots and relaxing places that hold tension. Will definitely be back!

Tera was great to work with. She was very sweet and accommodating. She took the time to explain the process of a lymphatic drainage massage and sauna blanket as it was my first time for both and checked in with me throughout the process. I really enjoyed my experience and plan to go back again.
Everything about the experience, from booking to check-out, was friendly, easy, and stress-free. In my day job, I work with individuals and organizations to help them be trauma-informed. My massage with Jamel was spectacular and trauma-informed (so much so it could be taught in training and was therapeutic). He explained every step of the process, repeatedly checked in about consent, and integrated breathing practices. It was excellent.
