Hit up The Self-Care Spa & Lounge in Wicker Park for a 60-min massage with a weighted blanket and aromatherapy—ran me about $95. Jamal worked out the kinks in my shoulders; dude's got magic hands. The space is cozy, clean, and has that chill vibe. Only knock? Had to wait 10 mins past my appointment. Still, worth it. Will def be back when I need to unwind.

The atmosphere is so serene and inviting—it's the perfect place to unwind and focus on yourself.
