Touring the apartment was an amazing experience! Maria Diaz was so awesome!! super nice, professional, and very thorough. She explained everything clearly and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire tour. I’ve toured over six different apartments in the Westchase area, and this was by far the best experience I have had. I really look forward to living here!
Current resident - DO NOT MOVE IN HERE - Staff are clueless and a joke - the grounds just keep getting worse - literally dog shit on every blade of grass
Extremely disappointed with this apartment complex, especially for the price ($3,200+ per month for a 3-bedroom). On top of that, they were overcharging us for renters insurance (we already had our own insurance) and tacking on other unnecessary fees. The dryer was broken for over six months, and the oven didn’t work for four months. We couldn’t cook basic meals like pizza and had to resort to takeout or dining out every night.
