I lived here 8 years. The apartment I lived in was close to the pool and gym so it was convenient. I didn't hear noise from neighbors. Guess I got lucky. Loved the coffee machine with different pods. I left because it was time to move on from apartment living. Hope this helps
Very nice community with a serene lakes, relaxing jacuzzi, spacious apartments, and a beautiful swimming pool — truly a lovely place to live. I’ve been here for 10 months and overall have enjoyed the experience. I would gladly give 5 stars if not for the challenges in communication with the current community manager, who unfortunately tends to push her own opinions rather than engage in open dialogue with residents. BEWARE OF THIS COMMUNITY! DO NOT RENT HERE! Both drive in and walk in gates are broken on a weekly basis! They make you use a fob to get in and out of the community instead of a windshield transponder and you are constantly having to roll your windows up and down 100 times a day and stretch your arm out the window! Anytime you have a maintenance request they will send a Spanish maintenance man to your apartment to fight with you and argue with you in order for management to not have to deal with maintenance costs or concerns... read more

From the very beginning, she was a ray of sunshine—so helpful, so responsive, and truly invested in making the process as smooth as possible.
