I used to live here. Lots of crime. The staff are untrustworthy. Their marketing team fluff the reviews. Never met anyone living here more than two years with anything positive to say. High turnover.
Great amenities, love the pool and the gym. My apartment is good quality. There are roach problems but they have pest control come. It’s pretty good for the price point overall.
Touring the apartment was an amazing experience! Maria Diaz was so awesome!! super nice, professional, and very thorough. She explained everything clearly and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire tour. I’ve toured over six different apartments in the Westchase area, and this was by far the best experience I have had. I really look forward to living here!
Current resident - DO NOT MOVE IN HERE - Staff are clueless and a joke - the grounds just keep getting worse - literally dog shit on every blade of grass
