I just finished taking their online security training course for the class D unarmed license, and it was very much worth the money. No problems with anything online, very easy to get through if you follow the instructor! Also the instructions and training were quite thorough and complete, given by some with obviously years of teaching experience in the field. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who wishes to get a career started in the security industry! Very valuable training for the money, trust these guys.
They cancelled online training for the G class and refuse to give a refund for a class they didn't provide in full. i took time off to take the course online and was unable to complete the G class training. A different G Class instructor told they have done this to other students! Don't trust them!
I took the course and it was NOT interactive. It was a monotone instructor reading from a slide for the entire course, they did have occasional videos which did not always work. I completed the course and passed all of the tests a few days ago and the company still has not generated any proof that I passed the course so I can get my D license. Still waiting but they don't answer their phone or emails.
