I had the pleasure of using the services of The Secret Garden II Florist to send flowers to my mother for her birthday. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Javelin did a memorial service for my mother. The setup was beautiful and I love that he let me choose just the items I needed. He was timely and affordable. He managed to turn a mourning event into something beautiful.

Never got the chance to order from them. I called on Valentine's Day for an upcoming delivery... understood the panic on a big day, and advised I would like a callback. Never called back, I called the next day, he answered, sounding like he was asleep and a 3rd party.. phone disconnected, and they didn't bother to call me back.. I felt this was black-owned and the delivery address was literally across the street from the business. EASY MONEY. WE have to do better. If I could give this store and Javelin 10+ stars, I absolutely would! Javelin delivered a gorgeous bouquet to my mother for her birthday and since I'm out of state, he made sure to keep me posted on status of delivery through calls and texts. That, to me, was above and beyond and shows his genuine kindness. Absolutely will order from them again!
