I had such a wonderful stay at The Sebel Docklands and truly cannot speak highly enough of the team here. I was met with the kindest, most genuine staff. A special thank you to Yuan for everything, your kindness and attentiveness did not go unnoticed. The manager is also absolutely lovely and went out of her way to help me when I ran into an issue. Our experience with Accor was extremely disappointing and far below what you would expect from such a well-known brand. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that customer experience is not a priority. The staff were not only rude, but also appeared poorly trained and completely indifferent to guest concerns. There was no sense of care, professionalism, or accountability at any level. The condition of the room was unacceptable.
