Apartment was clean and comfortable but smelt stuffy on arrival, thankfully windows can be opened (but lots of noise outside). Nice view across the water. Hotel seems understaffed, only 1 person on reception and nobody else available at all after hours. As a family of 4 we asked for the king bed in 2nd room to be split to 2 beds, but they didn't have staff available to do that and promised it would be done the next day. We had a lovely stay...the only downside was that the noise outside could be heard quite clearly inside. The convenience store across the way is so good! Walking distance to some fantastic restaurants. Reception desk was super friendly and welcoming and we very much appreciated the bottle of wine in acknowledgement of our Anniversary. Thank you!
My stay at the Docklands Sebel was so disappointing constant mistakes I booked a dog friendly room the cleaners two days in a row after being told not to do it removed the dog bag that I needed to get my dog into the lift I also after having rebooked and my keys recoded by two different staff members tried to enter my room on Saturday night and could not enter my room also could not get my dog upstairs because they've taken my bag again then I had the cleaners coming and clean my room and I had already put the rubbish on the... read more
this is the 3rd time we have stayed here. Its located close to everything and if you like walking, then the waterfront location is perfect for that.
