Very confusing layout between the garage and rooms. We booked 2 rooms for 1 night but apparently the hotel was over booked so we ended up with one room in the residential area 🤷♂️. The whole situation was odd. The rooms were okay, staff were nice enough but just unsure of their own processes. I'm sure it's not always like that but that was our experience.
Good quality, friendly service.
Our room at 516 was so stinky, really bad drain smell, it was unbearable, we were moved across the road to a different room, not amazing but better than the room we were in The staff are amazing but unfortunately the room are substandard and I would not recommend
