Fantastic customer service from Sharon on front desk - nothing was too much trouble from where to park my 4wd to restaurant recommendations. The Hotel does not have its own bar and restaurant but literally is connected to an esplanade with lots of bars and restaruants / tour operators. The Hotel is roughly a 5 min walk to the Night Markets and Esplanade Lagoon. I booked a basic room but still had water views.
