[Update April 10th] Almost a month later and the apartment temp has once again evened out to a brisk 82°, no word yet from management about why the AC cannot be switched on. [edit] Pic below of filter taken after maintenance told me my AC unit was fine. Apartments are super nice, however, the AC situation is ridiculous. I kept my heating off all winter and the temperature never dropped below 70°, and in the period where the AC has been turned off but the weather is warming up it is unbearable.

The Seasons is an incredible place to live! The staff is amazing—always friendly, helpful, and truly go above and beyond. The pool is such a fun and relaxing spot, and the complimentary events are creative and so well-planned. I usually wouldn’t be drawn to community events, but these are so fun that I never want to miss them! Huge props to the team for making this such a fantastic place to be. 10/10
The staff is so kind and accommodating to anything you need. The pool was so fun and clean, I could really relax and enjoy the experience with my friends! Would 100% recommend and return to the property :)
