I recently moved to Boise and had a wonderful experience with The Seasons. Melissa was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She was always friendly, responsive, and willing to help whenever I had questions, which made my move much easier. I really appreciate everything she has done for me. Highly recommend The Seasons, and a special thank you to Melissa!
Don't expect your deposit back....when I moved out after I had completely clean everything including refrig, oven etc had photos, did a walk through and was there 8 years. Not only did they keep my deposit but charge me an additional $100 for a so call deep clean ( which was not how my apartment was when I moved) .They removed the $100 really should have taken them to small cliams court but decided not to.. also dumpsters are a big issue. A lot of people have no respect for their neighbors which is why I moved out.
I love this apartment complex! The move in process when great thanks to Cesar. He is very kind and helpful. For how old the apartments are they are maintained well. The nature surrounding the back of the complex makes it so beautiful. The walkability to neighboring places is also very convenient!
