Don't expect your deposit back....when I moved out after I had completely clean everything including refrig, oven etc had photos, did a walk through and was there 8 years. Not only did they keep my deposit but charge me an additional $100 for a so call deep clean ( which was not how my apartment was when I moved) .They removed the $100 really should have taken them to small cliams court but decided not to.. also dumpsters are a big issue. A lot of people have no respect for their neighbors which is why I moved out.
I love this apartment complex! The move in process when great thanks to Cesar. He is very kind and helpful. For how old the apartments are they are maintained well. The nature surrounding the back of the complex makes it so beautiful. The walkability to neighboring places is also very convenient!

They illegally dump washer, dryers ect. They also can't fix stuff for squat. My parents have had to put in so many work order for all that to even get done. Don't even get me started on their policies u can't work on it car unless it's on the main street. You can't park with ur front end facing out. That's a violation apparently too. You spdo can't have boxes on ur back porch or trash bags sitting out for more than like a day on it balcony or they freak out and also try to say it's a lease violation.
