It did the job for housing in my budget, but overall, it was not impressive. There is no luxury to this place and maintenance is underfunded. There are not too many hidden costs, except moving out. I don't recommend using the patio closet, as you will always have spiders inside the apartment so I am sure the patio is worse. The management company is out of state, as shown by the lack of funding for improvements in apartments. The staff on site are nice enough but limited. I have lived at The Seasons for over two years. I wanted to live at this complex and waited months for my 1st floor apartment to be available. I love how the grounds are so well kept. The outdoor layout is in such a way that you have an opportunity to meet other people and make friends. The club house feels warm and welcoming. The office staff are great. Alisa Burditch has been a great help with any issues I have had and taken care of them in a timely manner. She also helped me to use the Flex app for paying my rent. The mai... read more
Honestly worst management ever. They are so rude and have zero communication until it’s too late. Oh and my dishwasher was installed so bad I can barely open the door. Bugs everywhere even thought they claim you pay for Orkin. Cheap cheap cheap don’t do it. You won’t be happy here
