I stayed in one of the properties managed by The Seaside Real Estate Shore that was booked though VRBO. Very disappointing experience, mainly due to cleanliness, poor maintenance, and an extremely frustrating check-in process. Check-in was unnecessarily complicated. There were no clear instructions on how to locate or access the unit, and with multiple elevators and entry points, it became a stressful trial-and-error process—especially with luggage and children. We’ve now booked through Seaside Shoppe for the third year in a row, and that alone says a lot. We keep coming back to the same unit because the entire process is just so simple and stress-free. One of our favorite parts is how easy they make arrival and departure—the quick key pick-up and drop-off right on the way to the rental makes traveling that much smoother, especially with a family. Initially I left this review blank until they decided to leave their reply below. Which it looks like they edited again because I called them out! What a joke these people are. I cannot believe they have the audacity to lie like this. I reserved this condo 5-6 months before staying there. I called VBRO on day 58 or so to request a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. They (Seaside) have a 60 cancellation policy. VBRO said try calling them to cancel.
