Easiest in person check in, I have ever done! Walked in gave them my information and they gave me the keys. They even text me throughout my vacation to see if everything was up to par and ok. I appreciated this very much. We left early morning, dropped the keys off. There was a little confusion, mail box had changed colors during the week. No biggie…Sent a text, assuming they get it when they opened, I got a text back immediately and also a call! Mind you, it was 5:30 in the morning. Be aware that they post fake reviews on their website and don’t post negative reviews. We will never rent from them again. We stayed at Dock of the Bay rental and it was disgusting and not cleaned even though they have high cleaning charges. The lady in the office is also a terrible human being. There are other rentals that are much nicer.
