Really disappointed. 90 degrees outside today and I have no ac for the weekend. Office is closed. Put in 2 request for ac. No one even came to look at it or give portable unit.
Found a snake in the corner of the apartment in the first week living here. Cost over $600 to have it removed. Management was unwilling to assist in payment, citing the need to call emergency maintenance. I later asked maintenance how they would have handled such a situation, they were very clear they did not handle snakes. Management also cited a hole in the drywall connected to the washer/dryer unit as how the snake got in. Said hole was never fixed. I moved out of here 5 months ago and am so happy I did! This place has a major mold problem. I had mold in my own unit and when I put a maintenance request in, they just came and spray painted over the mold. Never addressed the actual problem.I am surprised the health department has not been involved. This place needs to be condemned. I can’t imagine the effects this has on your health. Please get in touch about continuing concerns regarding the safety and foundation of this build. I don’t recommend anyone move into these until this is addressed correctly. These pictures are from two separate apartments— I have been complaining since March- moved-in in February. The other tenant has complained for a little more than a year. I've been residing in The Seaboard Building for a year now. I can say that this has been the best apartment I have ever lived in thus far. I love the easy access to your apartment with the feature of having an elevator. I do like how I have space by my front door to decorate door for each season. By the way they is a cleaning crew that clean the hallways and when they do the halls smell so fresh. I have the latest appliances microwave, dish washer, washer, and dryer.
