The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel. Oh my goodness! I haven’t walked into a hotel this beautiful in a long time. It’s just a mental vacation for all your senses. Stop in Piper while you’re there for patio seating and a weekend brunch. Be sure to check out the regional artwork curated by the Oceanside Museum of Art (OMA West), which definitely has a coastal California vibe, just like the entire establishment. I want to be sitting by the lobby fire right this very minute.
