Ty at the front desk was amazing. Helped setup a nice Valentine’s Day surprise ahead of time. Amazing service and the room was very nice too. Great hotel all around.
Incredible service! Grace was the nicest concierge we have ever had!!! So lovely! Thank you for making our anniversary the best. ❤️ She was so friendly. The hotel staff were just so friendly and kind. We can’t wait to return!
This hotel is incredibly loud and 2 of the 3 nights here have been horrendous. Trucks dumping things and movers moving furniture in the street from 2-4 am. Loud obnoxious cars and motorcycles along the street by the beach. People that sound like they’re dragging furniture across the floor above you and beside you. I haven’t slept in days and it’s because the location of this hotel despite being beachside is just awful. I will not stay here again despite being a repeat customer.
