This is our 3rd trip/stay here at the seabird resort I would give 5***** but there were a few hiccups with management. I don’t know what’s going on with cards that clearly are proven to have enough funds to pay for the stay but are declining. The guy that checked us in appeared to really try to help. He even said this is happening a lot for some reason. I pulled up my bank account to show that we had more than enough funds. The Seabird Resort is a beautiful property, and we had a great stay overall. It is on the expensive side, but the experience was enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Their hospitality really stood out and made us feel well taken care of. The main areas for improvement are the layout and navigation within the resort.
