RecommendedWe recently had a doggie door installed in our screen by The Screen Shop. Our order was placed and measurements taken shortly before the SIP began. Great communication as to when they thought they'd be out to install. Sure enough, as soon as restrictions began to lift they were out to install. Great Quality of Work. Very professional staff. Very good value for your money!
We have had two homes in forty years and the Screen Shop has done work on both. We have Always found the office staff more than accomodating and knowledgable. John has done work ups on three projects for our homes and all have been problem free. Everything is kept according to schedule and subcontractors are of the best around (Christopherson Construction). Very bad experience.
I needed a re-screening of a sliding door, went to The Screen Shop for great service, fair prices, nice people. The service provided here is what others should attempt to emulate.
Described my window problem to Sue. She had me watch an online video then either make my own repair, order parts through them if I could repair it myself or schedule an appt if I needed them to make the repair. I was able to follow the video and the window works now. I think that's the way a business should work. I'd have been happy to pay for the referral but wasn't asked for anything in return. I recommend giving them a call.
