The company could do a better job of planning their week in order to let customers know when they can plan on the work being done. I was not notified of my day and time until late Sunday. That made it difficult to plan ahead for the rest of my week. The repair person was right on time, worked efficiently and did a great job.

Thanks for the review and feedback. Our goal is to communicate our schedule by end of the day Friday but some weeks we run out of time on Friday and need to complete the schedule over the weekend. We were in a bind and needed porch screens done quickly due to an upcoming birthday bbq. Had a handyman replace torn screen last time it was needed and it was a fraction of the cost. They also have a $40 trip charge on top of the $800 cost to replace the screens on just one side of our gazebo. (Screen only, wood frames were fine/reused.) They were very pleasant, convenient and knowledgeable but far too expensive given our previous experiences with screen repairs.
On time and very quick and quality work.
