Giving 1 star because they did try to fix my Hiboy S2 when most shops wouldn’t even attempt to. But they weren’t able to fix it which wasn’t the problem, The issue is they didn’t give me back my scooter the way I gave it to them, the throttle was different and broken, which it wasn’t when I gave it to them. Also my OEM charger wasn’t returned, they gave me an alternative back. And charged me a $30 diagnostic fee.
