I took my Roketa in to these guys. HOLY CRAP!!! They dont know anything about Chinese scooters. Not to mention my bill was up the butt! So I went to Scooter Super Store and they fixed my scooter in no time at all. Not to mention the bill was cheap.

I took my scooter in for service and it sat for a week before I called them to ask what was going on. They told me they hadnt even looked at it yet. When I brought it in I let them know there was no spark and I had already replaced the plug, engine coil and CDI. 30 minutes after I called they called me back and told me they had no idea what was wrong with it and come pick it up. CHARGED ME A \$50 DIAGNOSTIC FEE. WTF???!!! They did nothing and it took them a week. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. DISHONESTY!!! Go to King Scooters, ... read more

I don't know what the other guy is talking about. I have a Chinese P.O.S. scooter from Planet Power Turds and they couldn't fix it after 3 months of trying. I missed the whole summer riding season! The friendly staff at The Scooter Lounge took care of it in half an hour. I wish I had bought a quality scooter from them in the first place.
They only work on European Scooters, but above all, they are just rude. I've been there 3 times myself and 2 more with friends. Every time they are just rude, they have no clue about customer service. I wish I could post zero stars.
