This guy IS the scooter guy! I have had beyond the best experience possible with Tom. He picked up my scooter for me and everything from a different shop I felt iffy about. He gave me the best service imaginable with custom care and parts best suited for my specific bike. I felt encouraged and motivated to ask him questions about regarding parts, how to maintain and much more if you need your scooter fixed there really is no one better for the job!
Tom is the best. I had my bike towed to him (yes! AAA) and expected a long turn around because it seemed like a bad problem. The next morning the bike was fixed! And at a beyond reasonable price. Honest! Friendly! Simpatico (he lent me a helmet when I forgot mine). I am so happy we found him!
New Vespa owner with a minor mirror issue. Tom was so accommodating, even put off getting lunch to wait for me to come over. Fixed it in minutes, lined them up for me and off I went! He will definitely be “The Scooter Guy” of choice for me. Thanks again!
Fantastic guy!! I called for advice on a problem with my older Vespa and Tom spent many minutes helping me. I sent him pictures, then he called me right back and helped me sort it out. Finally got it to turn over after weeks of struggling with it! Five stars INDEED!!
