The salesperson was very helpful when we were buying a new scooter as a Christmas gift for our son. After one day of use the back wheel broke. When we took it back in we were basically told "Oh well, it's a manufacturing problem." They gave us the email address and number to contact the manufacturer and offered to sell us a new wheel. Very disappointed in their customer service.

I live in Ohio. My 13 y/o son wanted a scooter. I looked at his search history and found this site. I called and asked many questions. The men I talked to always had a cool answer and never made me feel like I was bothering them. I ordered a complete scooter and parts for my sons existing scooter with their reassurance that it would be there by Christmas. A day and a half later it was on my doorstep. Less than 48 hours from Cali to Ohio! Thanks guys. You've gained a loyal customer.
