They would send us homes to review online and then they spent hours and hours with us when we were in town helping us learn the different areas and showing us homes. The Schroeders helped us relocate from California to St. Charles in the middle of the pandemic. Bobby listened to our needs, and was so patient while we worked up the courage and did all the work to put our California home on the market. We flew into town and he showed us homes for three days before our home sold. Inventory was low, and we learned that many of the homes had multiple offers for much higher than listing price.
