I am very disappointed with my experience at this office. Dr. Julie Schottenstein didn’t even greet me or make me feel acknowledged during the visit. She was not kind or attentive, and her attitude lacked compassion and humanity. The insoles I was supposed to receive were not properly made, and now I have to go back again and pay another copay for something that should have been done right the first time. Overall, I did not feel cared for as a patient and would not recommend her.
