My unit was in terrible shape when I moved in. There were piles of dead roaches from previous tenants behind and inside appliances, leftover hair dye stains in the bathroom, and clumps of hair all over my room. It made me feel like management didn't care much about making a good impression. None of the windows in the unit were watertight, and they would leak every time it rained. Lived there for a year while at UNCG. Management was extremely friendly, very helpful, and treated you with respect. Cheap apartments so it wasn't perfect but overall I was very happy with my stay here. The 6 month leases are also very beneficial for college students.
