David and the whole Schlichter Team were wonderful to work with. Not many agents and teams would be able to sell a home in the current Denver market, but David made it happen! Communication was top notch, as were parts of the job that aren't really in the job description, like mowing our lawn for us when we were away, checking in on the house, and being our part time therapist. His photographer is also great, made our house look amazing! I'd highly recommend.
