Jason was able to get an offer in 1 week. The prior agent we hired to sell our condo could not get one offer in 3 months. Jason is incredible Agent! An excellent communicator, an expert in the market, and an all around great guy! Extremely friendly and passionate about what he does! He was very patient with us throughout the process and help us in every step. He stayed right on top of everything right up to the closing. Definitely recommended!

Jason was very easy to work with and personable. He is knowledgeable about real estate in Las Vegas and was able to price my house at a good sellable price. He took care of the paperwork without any difficulties. The people at Stewart Title were very accommodating and nice to work with. I’m glad I used Jason and the Schielke group to sell my home. The photos taken to place it on the Internet were very professional and showed the house very well.

Jason is by far the BEST real estate agents in Las Vegas. We relocated from TN and Jason helped us find a rental house, and then helped us find a house. Once we decided to sell, Jason listed and sold our house within days. He has great knowledge of the Vegas housing market. He is quick to respond and makes you feel at ease during both the buying and selling process. After buying and selling 7 houses in 3 states, we can honestly say Jason is the best agent we have ever had.
