My wife had a consult here for a facial and came home upset - the receptionist made her extremely uncomfortable as soon as she walked in by giving her a rude, judgemental look and acting like she didn't belong there. The nurse doing the consult was nice, but we won't be going back for any treatments as it didn't seem like she was welcome there. Edit: the owner did call us to apologize which we appreciate!

The Scene Medical Beauty Bar on Queen St. E., has very knowledgeable and friendly staff who take time to explain the services and answer all your questionsuntil you are comfortable. The space is very clean and bright. They welcome you with water and a smile. Highly recommend!
