Alex customer service is TOP TIER I came into the store with a problem and left smiling and even ended up purchasing a new piece of merchandise now that’s how you handle a customer with care he’s a true genuine spirit I’ll shop with him a million more times!!!
Alex was amazing. His customer service was flawless. He got me the ring I wanted at a very reasonable price. I came in with a problem that another store created and he solved it with no problem. I will definitely be shopping here again!
