After paying my credit obligation in 2022 I have yet to receive a court certified judgement release. A woman named Susan was assigned to finalize. She did not do her job. Shes rude and she lied and stated she mailed me documents I've yet to receive. I'm meeting with Navy Federal today and hope they never use this law firm again.
